Our client, a well-established premium brand dealership in the GCC, is looking to hire an Aftersales Manager. This is a senior role in the organisation and will involve management of the entire Aftersales operation including both Service and Parts.
The ideal candidate will be a Senior Aftersales Manager with premium brand experience, a confident leader and good communicator who is able to drive a top to bottom customer focussed culture within the organisation. You must be able to manage a large team and be will be well versed with managing dealer principal relations.
A proven track record track record gained with premium automotive brands in the GCC markets is mandatory, and Arabic language would be an advantage.
