Our GCC based client is seeking an Aftersales Manager for their brands.
You will be a hands-on, process-driven manager who is able to implement and manage key processes within the workshop with a strong focus on KPIs and CSI and proficiency in Excel software.
A technical background is imperative to enable you to assist with guidance in operational repairs and an understanding of warranty procedures.
Although not essential, preference will be given to candidates with experience of Body Shop Management and who are Arabic speaking.
