Job Title: Brand Manager
Our client, a leading automotive company in the GCC region, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join their team.
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the monthly sales volume of 50+ Vehicles, developing and executing effective brand strategies, and positioning the company's products against competitors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and analytical skills to successfully execute this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly sales volume of 50+ Vehicles.
- Develop and execute effective brand strategies to increase brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales.
- Conduct market research to gain insights into customer behaviour, preferences, and trends to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Position products against competitors by analysing market trends and identifying unique selling propositions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and project plans for marketing campaigns.
- Analyse data to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for future campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on brand performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles, within the automotive industry.
- Proven history of inspiring growth, driving sales, and increasing brand awareness.
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to communicate and present effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Employment history within GCC is essential.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
