An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced CRM Manager for a premium brand client in the GCC. You should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in CRM of automotive premium brands and be educated to Degree level in either Marketing or Business related subjects.
You will be required to undertake the following tasks:
- To implement the CRM Retail Strategy
- Manage the CRM department process and services
- Develop and drive the CRM strategy
- Develop, implement, and manage the planning, communication, process and insight of all CRM activities for the brand
- Manage and drive performance of the CRM department by generating After Sales enquiries, increasing customer retention and loyalty, improving customer service and satisfaction
Language & Computer Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good MS-Office skills
Technical Knowledge/Hard Skills
- Profound knowledge in CRM
- CRM qualified is desirable
- Profound knowledge of professional writing and oral communication
- Solid knowledge in business management
- Ability to promote inter-departmental communication and knowledge sharing
- Experience of managing and leading projects
- Experience to manage and manipulate data to produce meaningful results
