Head of Sales, GCC Location
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales who is fluent in both Arabic and English to lead multiple site automotive dealerships located in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue within the automotive industry, as well as the ability to manage multiple dealerships and sales teams.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and objectives across multiple locations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Oversee the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and revenue.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels across dealerships.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple dealerships and sales teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
