Our client, a leading automotive group, in an expat friendly GCC country is looking to hire a HR Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes by supporting the business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of the facility's strategy and objectives. The goal would be to promote corporate values and enable business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes and talent management. You will develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan, ensuring HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organisation, as and when they occur. English & Arabic bi-lingual skills are a must.
