Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in the automotive parts field.
- Proficiency in procurement strategies, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient parts management and distribution.
- Adept at using various software tools and systems for inventory tracking and analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a well-structured parts department.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for effective communication and customer engagement.
- Prior experience working with premium European automobile brands such as Porsche, Mercedes Benz, or Ferrari.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the procurement of automotive parts to ensure a seamless supply chain.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimise stock levels.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms, pricing, and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Utilise your expertise with premium European brands to accurately identify and source required parts.
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions, inventory levels, and financial data.
- Collaborate with the sales and service departments to meet customer needs and drive revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new parts, and emerging technologies.
- Utilise social media platforms to engage with customers, showcase parts, and enhance the brand's online presence.
