We are in search of a Service Reception Supervisor to join our GCC based client’s prestigious team at a Luxury Car Service Centre. This role plays a vital part in guaranteeing outstanding customer experiences within the Service, Body and Paint divisions. As the Reception Supervisor, you will take charge of front desk operations, oversee customer interactions, and maintain the smooth flow of services. You'll be leading a team of service advisors, managing appointment schedules, attending to customer queries, and providing first-class customer care. Responsibilities:
