Our client, a large, well-established dealer group, is seeking a Used Car Sales Manager to lead and enhance their growing pre-owned vehicle division. About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the used car sales operations, with a focus on meeting sales targets, maximising revenue, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will lead key initiatives in sales strategy, marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM) while setting high standards for the team in delivering exceptional service and achieving sales objectives. This is a unique opportunity to bring fresh ideas to a dynamic team and enhance the customer journey for used car buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement a robust strategy to drive sales, including pricing, promotions, and market analysis.

Customer-Centric Sales Operations: Ensure smooth customer journeys through efficient sales processes, CRM strategies, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate the sales team, supporting professional growth and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Performance and Metrics: Monitor sales performance, establish KPIs, and analyze trends to optimize sales targets and customer engagement.

Market Insight: Stay informed on market trends and customer preferences, integrating insights to enhance inventory and showroom offerings.

 

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Experience: 10+ years in automotive sales management, ideally with a focus on used or pre-owned vehicles.

Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and CRM skills, with a talent for inspiring teams and driving results.
