General Manager - Service
Our client, a large, well-established dealer group in the GCC, are seeking an experienced General Manager - Service to lead their automotive service division. This exciting role involves managing multiple service businesses across 6 sites with over 200 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive efficiency and profitability across all service operations
- Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and marketing strategies
- Establish pricing policies and growth strategies
- Enhance customer service and retention through improved facilities and technical skills
- Recruit, train, and mentor qualified service personnel
- Maintain high safety and security standards
- Maximise profitability through effective marketing and sales of services and products
- Regularly review and report on performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 10-12 years in Automotive Service Management
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
