Our client, a large, well-established dealer group in the GCC, are seeking an experienced General Manager - Service to lead their automotive service division. This exciting role involves managing multiple service businesses across 6 sites with over 200 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive efficiency and profitability across all service operations
  • Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and marketing strategies
  • Establish pricing policies and growth strategies
  • Enhance customer service and retention through improved facilities and technical skills
  • Recruit, train, and mentor qualified service personnel
  • Maintain high safety and security standards
  • Maximise profitability through effective marketing and sales of services and products
  • Regularly review and report on performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 10-12 years in Automotive Service Management
  • Strong leadership, budgeting, and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
