On her return to her native UK, she worked first for BMW then for Audi/VW, before taking a break from the automotive industry to pursue a career in recruitment. There she found her niche, assuming the management of a busy recruitment agency at the age of just 21.
Always keen to stay at the forefront of industry developments, in 2009 Jill became a registered practitioner of search and development psychometric assessment instruments – an increasingly important component of any effective, results-driven recruitment strategy.
Since taking over her father’s firm in 2012, Jill has worked hard to grow the business from her base in Oxfordshire, UK while adhering to its core values of integrity and expertise. Like Bill before her, she is passionate about maintaining the personal relationships with candidates and clients that make Eurocell’s service second to none.
