Our client is a dynamic and growing automotive group in the GCC with multiple premium and volume brand franchises, providing a unique opportunity for you to join a team where you can make a significant impact and contribute to its ongoing success.

Role Highlights:

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in advancing the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing strong customer relationships, identifying key advocates.
  • Providing guidance to the sales team and overseeing their daily activities.
  • Gathering and managing valuable customer data.
  • Monitoring sales performance and optimizing customer interactions.
  • Developing and executing short-term and long-term sales strategies.
  • Spearheading promotional campaigns and collaborating with the Marketing and PR Manager.
  • Ensuring seamless office operations, addressing issues promptly.
  • Setting individual sales targets and upholding retail standards with sales staff.


  • Arabic native tongue and English bilingual
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience with a premium automotive brand
