Join our dynamic team as a Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in advancing the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing strong customer relationships, identifying key advocates.
- Providing guidance to the sales team and overseeing their daily activities.
- Gathering and managing valuable customer data.
- Monitoring sales performance and optimizing customer interactions.
- Developing and executing short-term and long-term sales strategies.
- Spearheading promotional campaigns and collaborating with the Marketing and PR Manager.
- Ensuring seamless office operations, addressing issues promptly.
- Setting individual sales targets and upholding retail standards with sales staff.
- Arabic native tongue and English bilingual
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience with a premium automotive brand
