Job Title: Aftersales Manager - Luxury Automotive Brand
Location: Baghdad, Iraq
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Aftersales Manager to manage a premium/ luxury automotive brand service centre in Baghdad. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury automotive brands and be responsible for managing the service and parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage the aftersales service and parts departments, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the service centre is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of vehicles, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
- Manage inventory and ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Manage and develop a team of service advisors, technicians, and parts staff.
- Provide excellent customer service, build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and address any concerns or complaints.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury automotive brand.
- Proven track record of managing a service centre, preferably in a luxury automotive brand.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Due to the location, this position would be suitable for single status.
