Responsibilities:
- Oversee the aftersales operations, including service and parts, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the aftersales customer experience and increase revenue.
- Manage and mentor a multi-cultural team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficient and effective operations, ensuring optimal inventory management, cost control, and profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators, analysing data to identify areas of improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing recommendations to enhance the brand's competitive edge.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns promptly and building long-term loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and regulations in all aftersales operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in aftersales management, within a premium brand dealership environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive service and parts operations, including technical aspects, warranty, and customer service.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach, adept at analysing complex information and making informed decisions.
- Ability to adapt to a multicultural work environment and a willingness to embrace the rich cultural experiences of the Middle East.
- Proficiency in English is essential
