Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing the Aftersales service and parts operations to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:
Volume Experience: You should have a demonstrated track record of managing high-volume service and parts operations, ideally within the automotive industry.
Technical Background: A strong technical understanding of automotive systems and components is essential for effectively overseeing service and parts operations.
Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive sector is required. This experience should include managing teams, optimising processes, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Oversee and manage the service and parts operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of services to customers.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service and parts professionals.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely availability of parts and accessories.
