Job Title: Aftersales Manager
Our client, a leading automotive group based in the GCC, seeks an Aftersales Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for managing the Aftersales operations of the Division, ensuring exceptional service delivery and resource optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Business Plan for the Division.
- Monitor operational and financial data for alignment with budget goals.
- Enhance the customer experience by actively engaging with customers and responding to their queries and effectively addressing any issues to ensure a seamless and positive interaction at every touchpoint.
- Ensure staffing levels and training meet departmental objectives.
- Facilitate recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
Experience:
- Experience in managing large, franchised service and parts operations, for passenger cars and heavy equipment.
- Proven management experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience in managing diverse teams.
- Technical background, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic desirable but not necessary.
