Role: Assistant Brand Manager
Location: GCC Region
A leading automotive group in the GCC is looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Brand Manager to support the strategic and operational development of a well-recognised passenger car brand.
This role is ideal for an Arabic/English bi-lingual commercially minded automotive professional with a strong background in sales, forecasting, and brand coordination, who can work cross-functionally to drive performance and ensure brand alignment across departments.
Role Overview:
- Assist with annual sales budget planning and performance tracking
- Support communication with brand principals and ensure alignment with group strategy
- Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and business plans across both retail and fleet channels
- Liaise with internal departments such as After Sales, CRM, and Delivery to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support growth strategies
- Provide regular reporting on product performance and market developments
Profile Required:
- Degree-qualified in Business Administration or similar
- At least 10 years of relevant experience within the automotive sector
- Proven ability to support brand leadership and drive operational success
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Arabic Speaker
