Job Title: Brand Manager
Company: Large Automotive Group
Location: GCC
Purpose: The Brand Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing the brand strategy for a portfolio of automotive brands. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that brand initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives and effectively communicated to target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies to increase brand awareness, loyalty, and market share
- Conduct market research to gather insights and stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure that brand messaging is consistent across all touchpoints
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including advertising, digital campaigns, and events
- Manage the brand budget and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, agencies, and partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in brand management, within the automotive industry
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective brand strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing tools and technologies, including digital marketing and market research
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Arabic/English speaking is advantageous but not essential
