Our client, a well-established automotive group in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in driving fleet sales within a large and successful organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fleet sales across corporate, leasing, and government sectors

  • Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies

  • Identify new opportunities through market analysis

  • Work closely with internal departments to support client needs

  • Provide accurate sales reporting and forecasts

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in fleet sales or fleet management within the automotive sector

  • Strong knowledge of the UAE market and B2B sales

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

  • Arabic language skills are an advantage
