Job Title: General Manager - Premium Automotive Brand (GCC Location)
Our client is a leading premium automotive brand with a strong presence in the GCC region. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead their operations and drive sales and profitability. An exceptional opportunity for a candidate seeking their first overseas role.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the dealership. You will be tasked with driving sales and aftersales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the organisation. You will lead a team of sales and aftersales professionals, manage the P&L, and develop and implement strategies to support the growth of the brand in the region.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the brand in line with the company's overall vision and objectives.
- Lead and motivate the sales and aftersales team to deliver exceptional results and exceed targets.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are always delivered, ensuring customers have an exceptional experience with the brand.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage the P&L ensuring profitability targets are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, dealers, and customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Manage and implement effective marketing and branding strategies to support the growth of the brand in the GCC region.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in sales and aftersales management, preferably within the premium automotive industry.
- A strong understanding of P&L management, with experience managing budgets and delivering results.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
