Working for a franchised importer of multiple brands, you will have full responsibility to develop business strategy for the car sales function nationally, ensuring monthly and annual volume and profit targets are met. 

You will need to demonstrate your experience in a similar position where you have successfully forecast and budgeted for annual and 5-year growth targets, delivered monthly and annual CSI targets and maintained sustainable growth per branch/outlet.  In addition, you will be a strong leader and able to motivate and mentor your team while opening new channels of sales and improving the customer experience.
