Job Title: Marketing Manager
Are you prepared to lead the marketing strategy for a premium automotive brand in Saudi Arabia? Our client is in search of a talented Marketing Manager to guide the brand's marketing initiatives towards new horizons.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the marketing landscape of a premium automotive brand. Your role involves utilising market research, analysis, and brand CI to craft compelling marketing strategies.
- Formulate marketing objectives by evaluating market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
- Create a strategic annual marketing calendar while overseeing effective budget management.
- Implement rigorous budget oversight at quarterly and yearly intervals to maximize resource allocation.
- Oversee all interactions with brand principals to ensure alignment with their needs and expectations.
- Spearhead the development and full execution of impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Regularly deliver in-depth performance reviews to senior management, focusing on marketing achievements and outcomes.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, conducting periodic evaluations to enhance their performance and growth.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in the automotive marketing industry, with at least 3 years in the premium sector.
- Profound knowledge of marketing functions, including communication, social media, events, and PR.
- Proven track record in managing and motivating a marketing team.
- A deep understanding of premium brand positioning and its target audience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Due to local labour laws preference is given to Saudi Nationals and Arabic speakers.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
