Job Title: National Pre-Owned Sales Manager - GCC Location
Our client, a leading automotive company based in the GCC region, is seeking a highly experienced National Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join their team.
As the National Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our client's pre-owned vehicle sales across multiple locations in the GCC region. You will be tasked with driving sales growth, maximizing profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with the aftersales team to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement a pre-owned sales strategy in line with the company's overall vision and objectives.
- Drive sales growth and maximise profitability across multiple locations in the GCC region.
- Lead and motivate the pre-owned sales team, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and implement effective marketing and branding strategies to promote the pre-owned vehicle range.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage pre-owned vehicle inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels across all locations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, dealers, and customers.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in pre-owned vehicle sales, with exceptional experience in both premium and volume brands.
- A strong understanding of pre-owned vehicle sales operations, with experience managing multiple locations.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is essential, and Arabic language skills would be advantageous but not essential.
