Key Duties:
Strategic Service Planning: Collaborate with senior management to establish annual targets for service excellence, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
Service Market Expansion: Implement and drive service targets aligned with market exploitation, service loyalty, parts, and workshop turnover. Ensure a commitment to delivering high-quality customer care.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the service market potential and exploitation levels. Stay ahead of the competition through regional market and competition studies.
Aftersales Innovation: Define a range of aftersales services catering to diverse customer segments. Stay attuned to the competitive landscape and implement service standards and directives to ensure service excellence.
Minimum Requirements for the Job:
- Qualifications/Education: A relevant technical or bachelor's degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in a related field is required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrated expertise in the automotive service industry.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Effective leadership and motivation of service personnel.
- Knowledge of warranty and goodwill settlements.
- A passion for innovation and improvement in the service area.
- Due to local labour laws, preference is given to Saudi Nationals and Arabic speakers.
