Job Title: Sales & Marketing Director - GCC Location
A leading automotive group in the GCC region are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to manage the sales and marketing functions and achieve their business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company's business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform the development of effective marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and operations, to ensure effective delivery of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure the optimal utilization of marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing methods.
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to deliver maximum ROI.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of setting marketing strategies, enhancing customer experience, and optimizing the utilization of marketing channels.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to think strategically, analyse data, and make informed decisions.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering measurable results.
- Previous GCC experience.
- Native Arabic speaker & fluency in English language
