Sales Director - GCC

Job Title: Sales Director - GCC Location

A leading automotive group in the GCC region are currently seeking a Sales Director to lead their sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a monthly sales volume of circa 1,000+ vehicles, including retail sales, fleet sales and used cars.


  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve the monthly sales target of 1000+ vehicles.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth across all brands, retail sales, fleet sales, and used cars.
  • Identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities in the market.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to ensure products are positioned competitively.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns to boost sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Report sales performance, market trends, and new opportunities to senior management.


  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar role in the GCC region.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and profit growth.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  • Native Arabic speaker also fluent in English language
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
