Job Title: Used Car Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Used Car Manager to lead a used car sales team and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of used car operations, overage stock, leasing, and be familiar with the following KPIs: Sales Volume, Gross Profit, Inventory Turnover, Customer Satisfaction, Time to Market, Leasing Penetration, and Marketing ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in line with KPIs
- Analyse sales reports and adjust sales activities to meet targets
- Manage the used car sales team and oversee daily operations
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
- Manage overage stock and ensure it is sold in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the leasing department to promote used car leasing options and increase leasing penetration
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase sales and improve marketing ROI
- Participate in recruiting and hiring used car sales team members
- Manage the budget and ensure all expenses are within budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in used car sales, with at least 5 years in a management position
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in line with KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse sales reports and adjust sales activities in line with KPIs
- Understanding of used car operations, overage stock, and leasing
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and an out of the box thinker
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
