About Our Client

Major automotive Distributor with premium and volume brands who is looking to develop and grow an already existing strong business and implement efficient work processes.

Job Description

Covering 4 different brands, you will be responsible for developing the service and after-sales business and enabling the successful review, implementation and deployment of efficient working practises.

By collaborating with the brand service managers and after-sales personnel, you will develop systems, process and strategy to optimize the after-sales business. You will have responsibility for Customer Satisfaction and the meeting the manufacturer’s CSI requirements.

This will involve workshop planning, body shop management, remuneration policies, planning for product launches, new model introductions and developing systems of inventory control, regulation and ensuring the right product & parts are available and provided for the customers and the business to hit sales targets.

You will optimize and deliver the Group After Sales business across Lebanon. You will work with other senior management and contribute towards the successful delivery of the group’s business plan and budget. You will meet with the respective manufacturers and ensure After Sales standards are met.

Developing excellent relationships with the After Sales personnel of each brand is fundamental as is a detailed understanding of the manufacturer’s processes and support programmes.

 

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must be an experienced senior After-Sales Manager who has operated preferably in the Middle East but certainly in an overseas market.

Degree educated

7-10 years experience in automotive market and knowledge of the automotive retail business.

You must have extensive experience of the automotive market and all aspects of an after sales operation. Communication will be key as you will operate across different brands, different manufacturers and senior colleagues whilst liaising with the CEO to drive through change and new initiatives.

Strong commercial and after sales focus with attention and priority towards customer service and satisfaction.

You should be strong with financial matters and able to develop and hit key performance and sales driven target
