Our GCC client is seeking a Bodyshop Manager for their multiple franchised automotive brands.
You will require previous industry experience at a management level within a large franchised bodyshop operation as well as up to date knowledge of bodyshop equipment and repair processes.
Strong commercial and financial understanding will be required to set budgets and targets for you department and ensure company goals are met.
Excellent communication skills will be essential to manage the multi cultural workforce and drive customer satisfaction standards to the highest level. The ideal candidate will be able to remain calm and cope under pressure at all times.
