Country Aftersales Manager
Location: Erbil, Iraq (Nationwide responsibility)
Salary: USD 3,000 – 7,000 per month
Our client, a large automotive Group based in Iraq are seeking a Country Aftersales Manager to lead Service and Parts operations across the country for a premium automotive brand.
This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for aftersales performance nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Service, Parts and Warranty operations
- Drive CSI and customer retention
- Deliver revenue, gross margin and productivity targets
- Improve workshop efficiency and parts performance
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards and audits
- Develop and lead aftersales teams across multiple locations
Profile Required
- 16+ years automotive aftersales experience
- 3–5+ years in senior management
- Strong experience with premium/luxury automotive brands
- Proven record in CSI improvement and profitability
- Strong KPI and DMS experience
- Fluent English
