Country Spare Parts Manager – Luxury Automotive
Location: Erbil, Iraq (Nationwide Responsibility)
Salary: USD 6,000 per month
We are recruiting a Country Spare Parts Manager for a leading automotive group in Iraq.
This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for nationwide spare parts operations for a premium automotive brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Parts Managers across multiple locations
- Drive revenue, gross margin and inventory performance
- Improve fill rate, stock control and operational KPIs
- Ensure full compliance with OEM standards and audits
- Manage supplier relationships and manufacturer requirements
- Control budget, costs and financial performance
Candidate Requirements
- Senior spare parts management experience
- Luxury automotive brand background (essential)
- Experience managing multi-branch operations
- Strong KPI and DMS expertise
- Commercially driven with strong financial awareness
- Willing to travel nationwide
This is a high-level role with real authority and nationwide impact.
