Head of Sales
Location: GCC
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior automotive sales leader to take on a Head of Sales role within a well-established automotive group operating across the GCC.
This role is suited to a commercially astute, highly energetic leader who has successfully managed large, multi-site sales teams retailing high-volume automotive brands, and who thrives on driving performance through people, structure and strategy.
The Opportunity
You will take overall responsibility for sales performance across the business, setting direction, leading from the front and building a high-performance culture aligned to ambitious commercial goals. This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong on-the-ground leadership.

- Proven experience leading large retail automotive sales teams within volume brand environments
- Energetic, motivational and visible leadership style
- Strong strategic capability, with the ability to translate plans into results
- A natural mentor who develops future leaders and drives accountability
- Commercially minded, data-driven and performance focused
- Comfortable operating at senior leadership level while remaining hands-on when required
Experience & Background
- Significant experience in automotive retail sales leadership is essential
- GCC experience would be a distinct advantage, with an understanding of regional market dynamics, customer behaviour and OEM standards
- Experience working within structured, KPI-led environments
