Fleet Manager – Private Collection (GCC)
Our client is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee a high-value private collection of luxury vehicles across the GCC and internationally.
This role requires a detail-driven professional with proven experience managing private fleets, ensuring exceptional standards of maintenance, compliance, and availability at all times, while leading a small team of drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full management of a private fleet of luxury vehicles
- Day-to-day oversight and coordination of a small team of drivers
- Coordination of servicing, maintenance, and repairs via main dealers and specialist workshops
- Proactive scheduling to ensure all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards
- Management of all documentation for international vehicle movements, including permits and compliance requirements
- Oversight of vehicle logistics for overseas travel
- Record keeping, reporting, and cost control across the fleet
Requirements:
- 10–15 years’ experience managing a private or high-value luxury vehicle fleet
- Prior experience supervising or managing drivers
- Strong knowledge of servicing standards for premium automotive brands
- Proven experience handling international vehicle documentation and logistics
- Highly organised with strong administrative capability
- Fluent English (essential)
- Experience working in the GCC or with UHNW private collections is highly advantageous
