Our client is a large Middle Eastern based company with many different and diverse business interests. They are seeking a Group Human Resources Manager with GCC experience to manage the HR function across all divisions in the Group.
You will work closely with the Department Heads across the Group to support their key HR activities, such as employee turnover, relations, welfare, absence and engagement. Other duties will include:
- Maintaining systems and processes for (recruitment, payroll, learning and development)
- Overseeing the application of HR policy and procedure & managing all aspects of employee relations
- Promoting a culture of Learning and Development and supporting internal promotions through development of internal talent
You will be a passionate individual, well organised and hard-working, a true HR Generalist with a flexible and proactive approach to your role along with excellent problem solving skills. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships at all levels within the business. You will have experience of working in an environment where change can be rapid and where you are comfortable working both strategically and operationally. Arabic speaking would be preferable.
