Head of Sales – Premium Automotive Brand 

Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead the national sales operation for a premium automotive brand portfolio. This senior leadership role will be responsible for driving sales growth, market share and dealer network performance while aligning local strategy with OEM objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the overall sales strategy to achieve volume, revenue and market share targets

  • Lead and manage the national sales organisation, including retail, fleet and corporate channels

  • Manage the relationship with the OEM, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and performance expectations

  • Oversee dealer network development, performance and optimisation

  • Drive pricing strategy, sales programmes and customer acquisition initiatives

  • Manage departmental budgets, sales forecasts and long-term planning

  • Lead and develop a large national sales team and senior managers

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years’ automotive industry experience with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role

  • Proven track record of delivering significant sales growth and market share improvement

  • Strong experience in dealer network management and OEM relationships

  • Excellent leadership, commercial and negotiation skills

  • Arabic and English language capability preferred
