Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead the national sales operation for a premium automotive brand portfolio. This senior leadership role will be responsible for driving sales growth, market share and dealer network performance while aligning local strategy with OEM objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the overall sales strategy to achieve volume, revenue and market share targets

Lead and manage the national sales organisation, including retail, fleet and corporate channels

Manage the relationship with the OEM, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and performance expectations

Oversee dealer network development, performance and optimisation

Drive pricing strategy, sales programmes and customer acquisition initiatives

Manage departmental budgets, sales forecasts and long-term planning

Lead and develop a large national sales team and senior managers
Candidate Profile

10+ years’ automotive industry experience with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role

Proven track record of delivering significant sales growth and market share improvement

Strong experience in dealer network management and OEM relationships

Excellent leadership, commercial and negotiation skills

Arabic and English language capability preferred
